cena sta sera - dinner tonight

Today I have been busy in the kitchen- with a Sicilian influence. I thought I would give you a quick look at what is on the table tonight for dinner!  Swordfish cooked in chopped tomatoes with green olives, and capers- finished with fresh parsley and lemon juice!  A side of baked polenta.  Caponata- a eggplant, caper, green olive and red onion preserve. Freshly baked bread.  To finish it all off, crepes with HOMEMADE nutella!!

You will be up-dated on all of these recipes within the next few days!!  Keep your eyes peeled!

Buon appetito!!
